近日有意大利媒体报道，浙江吉利控股集团有意收购菲亚特克莱斯勒（FCA）旗下的阿尔法 罗密欧与玛莎拉蒂品牌，该报道引起广泛关注。

为澄清事实，避免虚假报道扩散，浙江吉利控股集团特此公告：

公司没有计划收购上述品牌，也没有开展任何与此有关的商业接触或洽谈。公司当前工作重心是聚焦现有核心业务，进一步打基础炼内功，不断提高创新能力和可持续发展能力，为用户提供更加卓越的消费体验。

Statement 

Recent media reports from Italy have infactually reported that Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (ZGH) is interested in purchasing the Alfa-Romeo and Maserati brands from Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).   

These reports are groundless and misleading. Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (ZGH) has no plans to purchase the above-mentioned assets and did not enter into any contact or business talks with any party. Our priority at this stage is to focus on developing our innovation capability and core competence for sustainable development, with the goal of providing our users with extraordinary experience.
